1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and musang178 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the musang178 website located at musang178.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support functions made available through the platform.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may register one account only on musang178. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian addresses accepted), mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must also create a unique username and a secure password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Musang178 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Musang178 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

Musang178 may require KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and payment method verification — before processing withdrawal requests or at any time deemed necessary for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Terms of Use

Access to musang178 is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. By using the platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the platform honestly and in good faith, and will not attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit software errors, or abuse promotional offers.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Musang178 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are detailed in the Payment Methods section of the platform.

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your account instantly. FPX bank transfers generally process within 5–10 minutes. USDT cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and typically credit within 15–30 minutes of sufficient network confirmations. Musang178 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Musang178 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times vary based on the selected payment method. E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes during standard business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Musang178 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at any time.

All account balances are maintained in MYR. Most deposit and withdrawal methods are processed without additional charges imposed by musang178; however, third-party fees (such as bank charges or blockchain network fees) may apply and are the responsibility of the Member. Musang178 will clearly disclose any platform-side processing fee prior to completion of any transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Musang178 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or deposit method restrictions.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Musang178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Only one bonus promotion may be active on a Member's account at any one time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Abuse of bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Certain game types (such as specific live dealer tables or selected sports betting markets) may be excluded from contributing towards wagering requirements. These exclusions will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Musang178's decision regarding bonus eligibility and dispute resolution is final.

8 Betting & Game Rules

All wagers placed on musang178 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or betting market. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to wager placement.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets placed at a specific odd are honoured at that odd unless a clear error has been made (see below).
• Musang178 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake. Affected Members will be notified and their stake returned.
• In-play betting markets are settled based on official result data from the relevant sporting authority. For Liga Super Malaysia and other domestic competitions, Football Malaysia's official results apply. For EPL and European competitions, the relevant governing body's published results apply.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems (for non-live games) or by live dealer outcomes (for live tables), both of which are independently audited for fairness.
• Musang178 does not accept responsibility for any losses arising from a Member's misunderstanding of game rules or market conditions.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on musang178 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with payment service providers regarding legitimate transactions.
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, including self-exclusion orders.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal purpose.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the musang178 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of musang178 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written authorisation from musang178.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, musang178 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

Musang178 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, particularly during high-traffic periods such as major EPL fixtures and Liga Super Malaysia match days, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform's total liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

Musang178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's financial institution.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating account restriction.

Upon account closure, musang178 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable forfeitures) to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13 Responsible Gambling
